This material can be used to give an image of object a water releasing backing paper like on waterslide decals. It is made of a wax covered paper with a coating of water soluable release agent, it does not contain any film or foil. You can stick objects or creations to this material for later use, but giving it a good protective layer till it's been used. Simply stick an self sticking object to this paper, later you can wet the backing paper and slide it off.
